Dani was admitted to practise in 2019 following completion of her Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University. She is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia, and regularly represents clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Recognised for her strategic thinking, meticulous preparation and practical approach, Dani provides clear, commercially minded advice while remaining genuinely compassionate to the challenges her clients face. She understands that family law disputes are deeply personal, and works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that protect their interests while striving to resolve matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Dani practises across all areas of family law, with particular expertise in:
Complex parenting disputes, including schooling issues and relocation matters;
Grandparents’ rights
Matrimonial and de facto property settlement;
Financial agreements;
Superannuation splitting orders;
Spousal maintenance; and
Child support.
Having previously worked closely with an Independent Children's Lawyer, Dani has developed significant insight into children's matters and is particularly experienced in navigating high-conflict parenting disputes with sensitivity, sound judgment and a strong focus on achieving outcomes that are in the best interests of children.
Dani is dedicated to fostering strong, trusting relationships with her clients, offering them unwavering support through the complexities of their Family Law matters. Her in-depth knowledge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia enables her to provide robust advocacy and secure the best possible outcomes through strategic negotiation.
Committed to excellence in family law, Dani completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialising in Family Law through the College of Law in 2024, further strengthening her technical expertise and depth of legal knowledge.
