Anita has practised predominantly in Family Law since her admission to practice in 2003. She joined our Family Law team in January 2024 following a three-year appointment as a Deputy Registrar at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Her strong technical knowledge of the law and the Court procedures makes her an invaluable asset within our Family Law team.
Anita’s experience and role within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has instilled a strong passion to negotiate desirable outcomes for her clients outside of Court, whilst being equipped to strongly advocate through complex litigation, should it be required.
Anita has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law, including property and children’s matters. She is well versed in practical aspects of mediation and Family Dispute Resolution conferences, aiming to negotiate desirable outcomes for her clients and their families but demonstrating care and compassion for her clients throughout.
Anita’s no-nonsense and solution-focussed approach combined with her caring personality enables Anita to build strong relationships with her clients to guide them through all aspects of their Family Law matter.
